The department of Nephrology was started in 2014 with the intention of providing quality nephrology services to the patients of KIMS. The department is well equipped in providing services to patients at a affordable cost. We have state of art of dialysis unit with qualified technicians and staff nurses to provide outpatient and Inpatient dialysis.We run outpatient services daily with superspecialist consultation at an affordable cost.

We have started paramedical course Diploma in Dialysis technology from Academic year 2020 to students seeking future in Nephrology.

The department has conducted numerous Phase 2 and phase 3 trials for newer drugs and there are currently many ongoing trials in department.
