INFRASTRUCTURE
  • 20 Fully Equipped Operating Rooms Including Emergency O.R., SEPTIC O.R., an Exclusive OBSTETRICS O.R.
  • Each Theatre is Air-Conditioned and 6 are Provided with 2 Operating Tables.
  • Major O.T.Equipments include Anaesthesia Ventilators, Invasive and Non-Invasive Monitors, Infusion Pumps, Fibreoptics, Nerve Stimulators and Resuscitation Equipment
  • Pre-Operative Room and Recovery Room are part of the O.T.-Complex.
  • Intensive Care Unit (I.C.U.) With 8 Beds Equipped with Ventilators and Monitors is situated in the same Floor.
  • The Departmnet Caters to all Operations including the Specialty areas of Neuro Surgery, Paediatric Surgery, Plastic Surgery, Facio-Maxillary Surgery and Urology.
ACADEMIC ACTIVITIES
  • Subject Seminars, Journal Clubs and Case Presentations are Regularly conducted weekly. Pre-Operative Discussions and Bedside Teachings are Undertaken. CME is Conducted every year.
  • Post-Graduates are expected to attend 2 regional and one national conferences in the speciality.
  • MD Students will submit a Dissertation Project Before Appearing for the Examination.
  • All Students area Assessed by yearly internal evaluation examination.
